Another Big Night in the Rhondda
Friday night football has become an important part of the identity of Cambrian United, bringing together supporters, families and the wider community to experience Cymru Premier football right here in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Our journey into the top flight has been about much more than results on the pitch. It has been about creating opportunities, building a stronger football club and giving the people of the Rhondda, Cynon and Taff valleys a team they can proudly support at the highest level of Welsh domestic football.
Every home fixture provides another opportunity to continue that journey, and Friday’s meeting with Airbus UK Broughton promises to be another occasion for the local community to get behind the boys.

Cambrian will be looking to make the most of familiar surroundings, while the visitors will arrive determined to produce a positive performance on the road.
Building on Our First Cymru Premier Campaign
For Cambrian United, the 2026/27 campaign represents an important chapter in the club’s history.
Having secured promotion to the Cymru Premier, the focus has been on establishing ourselves at this level while continuing to develop the club both on and off the pitch.
Under the leadership of Liam Williams and his coaching staff, the squad continues to embrace the challenges of competing against some of the most established clubs in Welsh football.
With every fixture comes another opportunity to learn, improve and demonstrate the determination that helped the club reach the top flight.
Friday evening will be no different, with the players looking to deliver a strong performance in front of their home supporters.
