Cambrian United FC are looking to recruit a highly organised and committed individual to join our growing football operations team ahead of our historic first season in the JD Cymru Premier.
As the club continues to grow both on and off the pitch, we are looking for someone who can play a key role in supporting the Men’s First Team environment and helping ensure standards remain high across training and matchdays.

Cambrian United FC are delighted to invite applications for the position of First Team Logistics Manager ahead of the 2026/27 JD Cymru Premier season.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a progressive and ambitious football club entering a historic new chapter, as Cambrian United prepares for its first-ever season in the Welsh top flight.
Working closely with the Men’s First Team Manager and football staff, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operational running of the first team environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include:
- Organising and managing first team matchday kit and equipment
- Supporting training nights with the setup and organisation of training equipment
- Assisting the First Team Manager and coaching staff with football operations
- Coordinating away travel arrangements for players and staff
- Ensuring all equipment is prepared and available for training sessions and matches
- Helping maintain high professional standards within the first team environment
- Supporting matchday operations when required
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Passionate about football and team environments
- Able to work evenings and weekends around football schedules
- A strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within football is welcomed but not essential for the right individual.
