Cambrian United return to Novira Cymru Premier action on Tuesday evening as Liam Williams’ side make the trip to Elsey Creative Ynys Park to face Trefelin BGC.

The Cam
Cambrian travel to Trefelin following Friday night’s 2-1 victory over Holywell Town at the M&P Group 3G.
Two goals from Liam Eason secured another important three points for the Cam, extending our unbeaten run to three matches following consecutive 2-2 draws against Penybont and Cardiff Met.
Liam Williams’ side currently sit ninth in the table with 12 points from eight matches, having recorded three victories, three draws and two defeats. Eason has now scored five league goals this season and continues to lead the way in front of goal.
The Opposition
Trefelin earned promotion to the Novira Cymru Premier after winning last season’s Cymru South title under manager Andy Hill.
They remain without a league victory after their opening eight fixtures but have shown encouraging signs in recent weeks. Draws against Ammanford and Holywell were followed by a narrow 1-0 home defeat against unbeaten Penybont on Friday evening, with the only goal arriving in the 72nd minute.
Trefelin will be determined to secure their first victory of the campaign in front of their home supporters.
Previous Meetings
The two clubs know each other extremely well following several meetings in the Cymru South.
Last season, Trefelin recorded a 2-0 victory at the M&P Group 3G before Cambrian responded with an emphatic 4-0 away win in March.
Tuesday’s fixture will be the first top-flight meeting between the two clubs, with both sides having earned promotion at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
A Quick Turnaround
With this being Cambrian’s second fixture in four days, the strength and depth of the squad will once again be important.
