Cambrian United FC is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join the club as our Commercial Manager as we prepare for our historic first season in the Cymru Premier.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of one of the most progressive football clubs in Wales, helping to develop commercial partnerships, strengthen relationships with sponsors and support the long-term sustainability of the club.
Working closely with our Commercial Director, Gavin Davies, and the club’s Commercial Sub-Group, the successful candidate will help deliver the club’s commercial strategy and support the growth of our sponsorship, advertising and business engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and retention of commercial partners and sponsors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors.
- Assist in identifying new commercial opportunities and revenue streams.
- Work alongside the Commercial Director to deliver the club’s commercial objectives.
- Support the planning and delivery of Business Club events and networking opportunities.
- Assist with matchday sponsorship and hospitality arrangements.
- Help manage sponsorship fulfilment and ensure partners receive maximum value from their investment.
- Attend club events and selected matchdays as a representative of Cambrian United FC.
- Work collaboratively with the club’s media and operations teams to maximise commercial exposure for partners.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is organised, proactive and self-motivated.
- Has a passion for football and community sport.
- Has experience in sales, business development, sponsorship, marketing or commercial activities (desirable but not essential).
- Shares the values and ambitions of Cambrian United FC.
