Cambrian United are delighted to announce the signing of Jack Karadogan, with the midfielder returning to the club where his football journey first began ahead of the 2026/27 Cymru Premier season.
Jack is no stranger to Cambrian United, having come through the club’s academy before earning a move to Swansea City in 2015. His progression through the academy system saw him continue his development at Swansea before moving to Newport County, where he worked his way through the ranks and signed his first professional contract.
His impressive performances also earned him international recognition, representing Wales Under-18s and further highlighting his potential as one of the country’s brightest young midfielders.
Following his time at Newport County, Jack gained valuable senior experience with Pontypridd United before enjoying a spell in Turkey with Şanlıurfaspor. Most recently, he featured for Yate Town, adding further experience before making his return to where it all started.
Now back in blue, Jack brings with him experience from the professional game, international youth football and senior football in both Wales and broad. His quality, composure on the ball and understanding of the game will be a huge asset to Liam Williams’ squad as the club prepares for its historic first season in the Cymru Premier.

Since leaving our academy, he’s gone on to develop through professional football, represent Wales Under-18s and gain valuable senior experience both in Wales and overseas. I know the Cam Army will be excited to see one of our own back in a Cambrian shirt, and we’re looking forward to seeing what he’ll bring to the team this season.”
Jack’s return is another significant addition to Liam Williams’ squad and continues the club’s commitment to bringing talented players with strong local connections back to the Rhondda.
Having started his journey at Cambrian United before progressing through the professional game and representing Wales Under-18s, Jack now returns home ready for the next chapter of his career.
